This place is great. If you're looking for a boat this is where you want to get it. I got a used boat here because I wanted something a boat mechanic looked at, and told me it could be trusted with my family. I had a couple small issues, but they took care of them with no problem, and even the same day after being told they were very busy, and apologized. I used to work at the local marina and I started sending people here through word of mouth years prior to all of this. I'm glad I sent them so much business back then. I'll be back for winterization, and other boating needs as well.

I stopped in to Paul’s Marina because I was having trouble removing the second propeller on my older Volvo Penta DuoProp. The service manager was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth. Even though he wasn’t 100% sure of the correct procedure due to the age of my prop setup, he didn’t stop there. He reached out to someone he knew for additional guidance, then took the time to relay that information back to me. That level of customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find people who are willing to go above and beyond to help, especially when they don’t have an immediate answer. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me, and I highly recommend Paul’s Marina.

Had an issue with water in my engine when I had filled it up at Delaware State Park Marina, Both Mike and Jason worked on getting it out of the water back to their shop and repaired as quickly as possible. Very knowledgeable and very caring about how they do their jobs Highly recommend them to service your boating needs

I do not normally post comments so this is not a professional review. I would encourage anyone needing boat work or buying a boat to just stay clear of these guys. They do a good smoke and mirrors setup. I was flat out refused service because they don’t like the age of the boat. Now it is an 89 but thing is they have done all the work on the boat. At least since the previous owner had boat. They are very busy as summer startup is here and they don’t need my business. They are beyond arrogant… these guys may even be narcissistic. It’s really bad cause they are good at it. If you value good benefit for your money do not risk whether you get Dr Jeckle or Mr Hide. There are plenty of good marinas around area just go to other places and if you buy at Paul’s … BE AWARE!

Awesome customer service. 2nd time getting parts here. My First time here they even printed me off an entire diagram of my motor which helped a lot. Super helpful people and great all around.
