I recently had work done at Roy’s Marine Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Tony, the technician who worked on my boat, was absolutely awesome. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find reliable and knowledgeable service these days, but the team at Roy’s Marine Service definitely delivered. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing marine work done.

Called Roy about my outboard motor not running. Took it in and gave him all the details I could. Said he would look at it. Baring any big issue it would be a couple days. Took it to him on a Tuesday and he called Thursday. All done. Cleaned and rebuilt carburetor. And new fuel lines. Thank you Roy and Tony ( his helper) i got it to the lake and she is purring like a kitten!! You will be my boat mechanic for sure!

Make sure you tell this company to not do any work before you authorize it. They will do work without coordinating with you and then tell you a crazy amount is owed. I went their for a diagnostic and they installed a new throttle control without my permission. Then he got mad when I said that It was not authorized and I only wanted a diagnostic done. So he removed all his newly installed parts and left my boat in pieces. Don't do business with this company. All the bad reviews should give this away.

Had work done last year to winterize my jet ski n i go to get it out for the first time of the year n battery is dead I tock it in n they charge me $300 for that I understand batteries aren't cheap but that's way over price n they never tightened carburetor of up from winterizing it as well will never touch anything of mine again

Roy and his crew got my outboard up and running the day I was leaving for a fishing trip to Canada with my Son. Went the extra mile and gave me a good deal on the part and labor.
