I cannot recommend ProShine highly enough! From my very first inquiry, the owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Richard came out for the free inspection and continued that same level of outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even better, we were able to schedule our appointment in less than a week! When Max and Jassen arrived, they absolutely exceeded every expectation. They were warm, respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about doing an exceptional job. Not only did they thoroughly clean our air ducts, but they also went above and beyond by dusting my ceiling fans and even helping me install my smoke alarms—things they certainly didn’t have to do, but did simply because they wanted to help. They also took the time to identify an issue behind my drywall where a hose had become disconnected and even referred me to a trustworthy handyman who could help with the repair. That level of care and honesty is hard to find. It’s rare to come across a company where every single person you interact with is friendly, professional, and truly invested in providing excellent service. ProShine has earned our trust, and they’ll be the first company we call in the future. If you’re looking for a company that delivers exceptional work with integrity, professionalism, and genuine kindness, look no further than ProShine!

We utilized two of the three services from Pro-Shine. Originally, they came out to clean a very dirty dryer vent pipe. At that time, they inspected the attic and reported slight rusting on various air intake/exhaust 3' flex piping from AC/Furnace plant to various rooms. House is 15 yrs. old so we went ahead with cleaning and some piping replacement. Crew of 4 were extremely pleasant, timely and professional. Pictures below are the afore mentioned supply piping. Highly recommend PRO SHINE. Get quote now!!

Pro Shine did a great job replacing our entire old and leaky HVAC air system ducts and spine. Cory, Rich and the entire team were responsive, thorough and courteous throughout the entire process that took several days. We trusted them in our home as we were doing renovations. The work was explained and reviewed, care taken to remove the old materials in a tidy manner, with photos provided. I would highly recommend ProShine for such work.

I have never had vents and duct worked cleaned so I wasnt sure what to expect and my knowledge was very limited. The guys at Pro shine arrived early, explained everything in detail and even showed me pictures of their findings while they were cleaning. They were very nice and respectful of my home and animals. If you want a knowledgeable, friendly company, Pro Shine is the company you are looking for!
