I couldn't be happier working with Mike at Professional Marine! His crew does top level quality work and I will be taking my boat and telling everyone to go see these guys if you have any repairs or maintenance needed on your boat or vehicle. My repair was looking like a few week wait time due to lack of parts, but Mike was able to find the part I needed in State and had it overnighted and fixed my boat in two days so I could get back out on the water right away. I had a new Kodiak marine engine installed by professional marine. I took it out and it was stalling out and wouldn’t start up after running it for about an hour and then fishing for about 30 minutes. Luckily I had a kicker and I was on a lake breaking in the motor I called Mike and he said it was probably vapor locking and it needed vents and he would teach me how to run my boat He said and I quote “ I offering to help you figure out what to do about this problem “ I took it to Boatworks of Alaska to put vents in the engine cover and they found some newly stripped wires from the new engine harness were lying in and shorting out in the bilge and the return fuel lines were crossed. Both of which are mistakes by professional marine. Boatworks of Alaska didn’t even charge me for the repairs or the vents. It runs like it should now.

Mike is a super knowledgeable, professional guy. I've been ordering parts there for a few years and always look forward to the experience. He is a wealth of knowledge, has great advice and can find what you're looking for...even when other people can't. I highly recommend doing business with him!

I have done business with Mike and company for many years. I recently took a damaged prop in for repairs and had them repair it. At that time, I also asked for a new prop as a spare and purchased what they gave me off the shelf. I put the new prop on my boat and immediately found it to be the wrong pitch. I immediately returned it to them in new condition and asked to exchange for the correct pitch prop. they refused to do so. It is a sad day when you won't stand behind your mistakes and do the right thing for your customers. I am extremely disappointed in their decision and will not use or recommend their services again.

These guys cost me a lot of money selling me the wrong parts. It’s cheaper for me to fly to Cordova to get the correct parts.
