My car had water stains that had been there for about a year, and they kept getting darker over time. I finally decided to give Ras' Detailing a try. Since the stains had been set in for so long, I was skeptical that interior detailing would make much of a difference. I was pleasantly surprised by how hard Sha worked to remove the tough stains. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I’ll definitely continue using Ras Car Detailing for future cleanings. Thank you, Sha!

Very professional! And they turned my military dirty car into a brand new car. They were very detailed about each section of the car going from the trunk to the front. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this company. I booked a mobile detailing appointment at 11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM service. At 1:15, nobody had arrived and I had received absolutely no communication that they were running late. I had to reach out myself and was told the technician was behind and would be there soon. At 1:35, still nobody. Still no proactive update. I told them we were now more than 30 minutes past the appointment and that if nobody arrived within 15 minutes, I would need to cancel. Their response was that jobs were taking longer than expected and they would actually prefer to cancel or reschedule. So I stayed home and rearranged my afternoon for an appointment they apparently couldn’t keep—and they couldn’t even send a text beforehand to tell me they were running behind. It got worse when I requested a refund. Instead of simply apologizing, I received an accusatory response suggesting I had taken two days to confirm my appointment and should essentially be understanding because of that. Completely false. I had booked the appointment with them TWO HOURS earlier. They were apparently confusing me with another customer while arguing with me about their own failure to show up. Running behind happens. That’s not the issue. A professional mobile service has a system for notifying customers when a technician is delayed. You don’t leave someone sitting at home waiting, make them chase you for updates, cancel the appointment after you’re already 35+ minutes late, and then argue with the customer using information from someone else’s appointment. First experience with this company and absolutely my last. Disorganized, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. Highly do not recommend.
