Relief Restoration

I had a great experience with this mold remediation company after dealing with significant water damage in my home that resulted in mold. Marwan was the person I worked with directly, and he did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. They took the proper precautions to keep everything contained and prevent the mold spores from becoming airborne. They used the right equipment, kept the affected areas isolated, and handled the remediation carefully and professionally. I felt confident that the mold was actually being removed rather than simply being disturbed and spread throughout the house. Marwan was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and made sure everything was done the right way. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care he put into the job. Highly recommend this company, and especially Marwan, to anyone dealing with water damage or mold.

Good clarification. That actually strengthens your review because it highlights that the situation was not urgent and makes the cost feel even harder to justify. I had a mixed experience with Relief Restoration. On the positive side, they were very quick to come out and assess my home and promptly followed up with testing. I received the results quickly, and everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. There was a scheduling misunderstanding that was frustrating. I responded via email agreeing to a date that was offered, but no one showed up. When I called, I was told my response had been misread. I understand that mistakes happen, but I had intentionally arranged for the work to be done during my spring break from work because May is an especially busy month for me. Ultimately, I chose to wait until June for the work to be completed. Before doing so, I specifically asked whether it was safe to wait that long, and I was assured that it was. That gave me peace of mind, but it also reinforced that there was not an urgent mold issue requiring immediate remediation. I appreciated that the technicians showed me photos of areas where there had been previous water damage, and I am relieved that no mold was found. However, my primary concern was a kitchen cabinet that ultimately could not be repaired. I was also under the impression that equipment would need to remain in my home for several days, but that was not the case. The final result felt more like a patch repair than the extensive remediation I had expected. Overall, I am thankful to have confirmation that my home does not have a mold problem. However, considering the cost, the scheduling confusion, and the limited scope of the work performed, I left feeling that the service was far more expensive than the value I received.

Had some water damage due to a clogged gutter down spout. Called Relief Restoration. Jason came out when he said he was coming out. Had a quote for me within hours. Explained the whole process to me and what options were available. Within 2 days he had a crew setting up equipment. I was not required to do anything. After 4 days the equipment was removed. Had a sheet rock crew come in. After drying he had his paint crew come in. We picked out our new carpet at Emerson on Coursey. They scheduled the install date. Jason, Collin and Patrick were terrific. They kept us up to date. Called when they said they would call, showed up when they said they said they would show and finished when they said they were gonna finish. Job Well done. Look no further for your mold, insulation, water damage!!!!
