I’m rarely one to leave reviews, but my experience with Tyler was so stellar I absolutely felt compelled to do so. Needless to say, my truck is a 2014 Flame Red, which is not exactly a Central Oregon-friendly color. Dust, pollen, sun, and adverse winters, it was certainly starting to show its age. I poured through countless reviews of local ceramic and paint correction specialists and talked to several people in the auto industry. Time and time again, Tyler’s name kept coming up. After reading his impeccable 5-star reviews, I made the decision to go with him. Not only was he laid back and full of knowledge, he took time to take readings of my remaining clear coat before determining he felt confident he could bring my truck back to life. He was booked out for a couple of months (which, as a business owner myself, told me he was in high demand and for a good reason). I’m actually leery of shops that can get you in the next day. I liked the fact he was a solo operation and could control quality because of it. Here’s where he went above and beyond…not only did my truck look absolutely amazing, but we had a freak weather front coming in the forecast with the possibility of massive hail. He called me and said my truck had turned out so nice he just couldn’t see it go out in that weather. So he offered to leave my truck in his shop for a couple of days until the storm passed. Talk about going the extra mile. I will, without a doubt, be recommending him to all my friends and family, and look forward to using him in the years to come. Very reasonably priced, very detail-oriented, and an all-around good guy.

If you’ve ever considered ceramic coating your vehicle I strongly recommend giving Tyler a call at Riggs NW Detail. He does it all. He did an amazing job and paid super close attention to detail. He took the time to answer my questions and provided education on how to take care of it. Couldn’t be happier, great work! Like a big black mirror!

I had an amazing experience with Riggs NW Detail! Tyler did a phenomenal job ceramic coating my 2026 Land Cruiser, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The finish looks incredible — you can tell he pays attention to every detail. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the process so I knew exactly what to expect and made sure I left with written instructions for after care. It’s obvious he truly cares about what he does. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, especially for ceramic coating, I highly recommend Riggs NW Detail. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Tyler was great to work with and did an amazing job on my truck. There was an odor issue with some stuff that I drove through on the road. Tyler was able to get the smell off the exterior and also the smell out of the interior of my truck. My truck is black and scratches very easily in the car washes so he was also able to get all the scratches out of the doors and make it look like new again!! Great job and an even better value. I would definitely recommend Tyler to anybody looking to have their car truck detailed.
