My wife loved it. The guys adjusted their schedule for me, came out to do the work and wasted no time. I did the full detail and shampoo package for a compact sized SUV for about $150. I thought the price was a little steep for just inside work and it wasn’t very dirty inside before. But, what I appreciate is they came out, had great customer service and did a good job!

Horrible Experience! 1. My appointment was set for 9am and the detailer didn't arrive until 11:30am. 2. Detailer shows up in a BEATER of a car, front end smashed in, dirty as hell, side view mirror held on with an entire role of duct tape, with the back seat piled full with tools and junk. Oh, and his girlfriend was in the car with him. 3. I asked for him to tell me what he thought about the oxidization on my hood and what he thought should be done to fix it and he basically told me he wasnt sure but he would try a bunch of things. 4. He showed up wearing a dirty white tank top/wife beater and dirty AND-1 basketball shorts with his hat on sideways. 5. He mentioned that he provides all of these different services but at the same time talked himself into circles admitting that he has never been trained to do any of the work. 6. I was quoted $185 over the phone for hood buff only but the guy who showed up (not the guy I talked to on the phone) immediately quoted me $250. I was just looking to have my hood buffed and polished after starting to show a little cloudiness/sun damage. 7. All of the chemicals were the same brand I saw at walmart and halfway through the service he was so happy that he remembered that his friend gave him a bottle of "special" stuff that "hopefully take care of the issue". 8. He had no way of taking a payment other than me going to the bank with him following me to pull out cash for him. 9. After I got back home from the bank I looked over the car and there was wax overspray all over the car and wax hand smear prints all over the rest of the car even tho I only had him buff the hood. You can see in the picture what just one side of my car looked like after he was finished. Worst experience of my life. This was a complete disaster. And for those of you who are wondering why I even agreed for him to do the service in the first place, I ask myself the same question. To be honest, I am just too nice of a person, he looked shady as h
