I was flying north of Sante Fe and had all electrical in my plane fail. I ended up landing at a remote, very unused airport. I spoke with Art of Aero Services and he was very busy but fit me in after work. He drove 45 minutes north in the heat of the afternoon and helped me fix the Cessna. Art was super nice, extremely helpful, and wanted to help get me home safely. Art was very thorough, and his field repairs allowed me to get back to Denver with no other issues. He also showed me other things to be mindful of that could cost me more later. Thanks Art for all your help!

Brandon has helped me out a few times in the last 5 years. I work on helicopters out on fires. He did not over charge us because "HELICOPTER" was mentioned. He's awesome. I've been doing this over 40yrs and one of the best I've worked with.

Gerard and Team are wonderful. After making a precautionary landing at KSAF in my 182Q with engine trouble, Santa Fe Aero thoroughly troubleshooted the issues and fixed a number of items missed by my previous A&P. Great communication and work product!

We were inbound to Santa Fe and my transponder quit about 30 miles out. The folks at Aero Services took it in right away to diagnose the problem. We had parts the next day and they got me up and running before I planned to leave. Thanks to Brandon who communicated every step of the way and Arturo for accommodating and making room in the hanger for our Skymaster. When it was time to go they had all the paperwork for the logs ready o go. Thank you!

Our experience with Aero Services, more specifically one of their A&Ps, Carlos Garson, was absolutely and unquestionably the best one we have had with any maintenance facility. We were heading back to our home airport of Madison, Wisconsin, when we discovered that the pitot tube had completely plugged and we had a 0 airspeed indication. Not ideal, but not a big deal.....except it was Saturday. Faced with the very real possibility of having to extend our stay for a few days, we were hopeful that the On-Call technician could help us out. We were not disappointed. Once Carlos arrived, he had us all set in around 15-20 minutes. All told, we were only delayed about 2 hours, which for a Saturday in which no one was around was absolutely excellent. On top of the speedy fix, the rate was extremely, extremely reasonable. It was more than fair, and it was a weekend service call on top of it! We were more than very pleased and grateful! We definitely would have Aero Services do more work for us. Next time we hope it is scheduled and not an emergency weekend call :). We are so grateful for Carlos’s great work, his time, his concern, and kindness. Update: The next day, when we had arrived home, Carlos even called us to make sure that we had made it back safely and with no other issues. I honestly thought that the days of anyone who cared that much were long gone— but Carlos proved me wrong. It was so surprising when I received that call I almost could not believe it. I cannot speak highly enough of Carlos or his character. Thank you, Carlos!
