Wow! When I tell you that I rarely take the time to leave a review, I mean it. But I absolutely have to compliment the team at ServPro that put my house back together. Jason Walker, thank you. You literally took my house from feeling like it was in shambles to putting it back together step-by-step. With the help of your amazing crew, Austin and Kaden, all three of you worked thoughtfully and tirelessly between planning, scheduling, prepping, repairing and finishing, while also giving us the highest level of courtesy by keeping us in the loop thoroughly along the way. Both the communication and professionalism were top notch, as was the completed finished product. Forever grateful for all of the time and effort you put into helping us, we won't soon forget it!! THANK YOU!

SERVPRO really went above and beyond. Words can't do justice. It's clear that Josh and his team put a lot of pride in their work. I'm very fortunate I found these guys because my house looks AWESOME because of their craftsmanship and effort.

We had a burst pipe late at night and Christain, Travis, Reschel, and D’onte were at the house within an hour of my call. They quickly deployed equipment to start the mitigation process. Very grateful for their timeliness. Ken was on scene in less than 24hrs to conduct an asbestos inspection so Tyler and his team could get into the ceiling and walls. Without the entire team we would still be sitting in several inches on water. Great customer service and very friendly!

We had lots of smoke mitigation work. Jason and his team were amazing. ServPro has their disaster team here to deal with all the affected folks here in Spokane. They clean our home for 3 days with a staff of 4. Seriously amazing work ethics. Thank you Jason and your fantastic team!

A couple days ago our home was hit by a tree after the historic winds on Dec 17, 2025. After calling the Insurance company Promptly. I was contacted by Servpro of Spokane County. Today Ken Kelley came to our house and was checking for Asbestos and Lead in the home before repairs could be started. He was great even coming out on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He also made a new friend with our cat Sailor. All the guys that have come to our home Chris, Jason everyone has been great and service has been top notch. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone that is in need of your services. Thank you for taking care of our family.
