We had a mobile detailing appointment for a newer F150 for the interior only Deep Shampoo service. Truck has had kids in it for a few months. David did mention finding pet hair, which confused me at first but then I remembered we'd had the cat in the truck one time wrapped in a blanket for an emergency vet visit. David was our technician and he was very polite and professional. He was an hour and a half later than our scheduled appointment time but I reached out and we communicated, another service ran over, understandable and not a huge deal. I've never had a car detailed, so I'm not sure if my expectations were too high, but after going through the truck after the appointment I honestly feel like it looks how it would've looked if I'd used the vacuum at the car wash, perhaps extra fastidiously, but still near what I could've achieved myself. There's still fine debris over most surfaces and if it was shampooed at all I really can't tell. But perhaps that speaks more to their mobile equipment? The plastic on the doors and dashboard seemed like they could have used more attention. I've attached pictures. Maybe this is normal and my expectations were too high? Maybe results are better in shop vs with remote equipment? For $300 I just expected it to look more professionally done. I don't know that it's worth the cost for me in future.

I am updating my review!!! After seeing my review, Cru reached out and offered his apologies for the service I had received and made it RIGHT! Thank you for sending out David! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND making it right! The truck now looks like what I expected to see yesterday! I will recommend this company to any and everybody that asks for a detail company. 100/10 recommend! I now see why you have such a high rating! You do right by your customers! Thank you for your integrity and service! The last 3 photos are after David came!!! 💯 I had Siglar come out today to detail my husband’s 2008 Dodge 1500. I paid $260 and it looks like I took it down to the local car wash and did it myself. It’s is an old truck and was not expecting perfection but he spent nearly 4 hours and most of the time was spent on the wheels and tires. It was vacuumed but debris was still left… they did not shampoo the seats or carpets… they wiped down and put protectant on all the final pieces but there is still dirt and mud on the door frames. The back of the pick up was completely empty and blown out and they didn’t even wash the bed. I messaged them as soon as I got home and saw the condition but of course, no response. I left an extra $40 for my daughter to tip them and I wish she hadn’t! This is not a $300 job.

Tryston dId an incredible job restoring my Jeep Grand Cherokee back to show room condition. It looked better than when I first bought it at the dealership! His care and attention to detail was amazing. He even had me come out to discuss a clear coat service I was going to pay for and that it was not needed due to my Jeeps paint condition. He could have done it and not told me it wasn't needed but he didn't and instead saved me some money and his honesty really made my experience that much better. When he finished detailing he had me check out the finished product and then asked If I had any questions, he went above and beyond a typical auto detail job. I would highly recommend him for your auto care detailing needs, you won't be disappointed!!

Found this mobile detailing company on google and had a good feeling about it. Tryston Michaels detailed my car and did an AMAZING job. With a toddler and a 6 month plus a dog that have terrorized my car, Tryston made it look brand new. I would highly recommend this company and Tryston. I will be booking my husbands truck for an interior detail asap. Thank you Tryston for your hard work, how fast you were able to do it, and for your professionalism.

We recently got back from a family road trip for a soccer tournament, and of course, our vehicle needed a full scrub inside and out. It’s probably not the easiest vehicle to detail either, since it’s a 2026 Kia Carnival with two kids that made it home on wheels lol. I found these guys on Google and decided to give them a shot. They responded quickly and were able to get us in fast. To say they did a good job would be an understatement. They treated it like it was their own family vehicle and took the time to get every little spot, inside and out. Their pricing was very reasonable, and we’ll definitely be using them for all of our future detailing needs. Highly recommend! Thank you again!
