I honestly don't know why this FBO only has 4.3 stars. If I could, I would give it 10 stars! As you can see from the video, the facility is absolutely spectacular—beautiful, spotless, modern, and truly first-class. Every detail is top-notch, from the elegant design to the state-of-the-art coffee machine. What really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. This is one of the nicest and most beautiful FBOs we've ever visited, and we highly recommend it to anyone flying into Napa. We will definitely be back!

Incredible visit to SkyService Napa! Tony (GM) and his entire crew are an incredible customer focused team! From the time we opened the door, they got our passenger to the limo, all services complete and towed us to the hangar. It was amazing to watch! On departure day, we were online prior to our arrival at the FBO and the fuel truck was standing by. I HIGHLY recommend using Skyservice when flying into Napa!!! Great job gang!!! John Foley

I’m a Flexjet pilot and have seen many FBOs all over the country. This one is easily in the top 5 I’ve ever seen. Service was on point and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Rachel was a top notch CSR and Tony seemed to genuinely care about the culture here as the manager. Highly recommend!

We were in Napa (APC) for 2 nights doing a charter trip. The ladies Nheyasa and Gloria were extremely helpful and were very welcoming. Services were quickly fulfilled and the FBO itself was very clean and comfortable! Will be back!

This FBO is a construction nightmare right now, they are operating out of temporary trailers. That said, their line staff and desk staff are top notch. Service flowed very smoothly. I flew a race driver and his family in a couple weeks ago for the Sonoma NASCAR races and it was busy but the staff smoothed things out really well. I was personally very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They have a GoRentals agent in the building so rental cars are very smooth. My car was delivered plane side and it took less than a minute to hand me my keys and I was on my way.
