Splash Car Detail Center

I have patronized the Splash Car Wash in Fairlawn ever since it opened. And now, I’m a fan of their Detail Center! I reached out online to book a fine detail cleaning of my very “lived-in looking” Audi e-tron. Their receptionist called me almost immediately to schedule it, and after paying the $50 deposit, I was on the books! The night before I was to drop off my car, I removed my personal belongings from everywhere but the glove box and a small driver’s storage compartment. However, I was not required to do this; I simply wanted to make it easier for them to get all of the crud out of it! When I dropped it off, I and one of the employees went out together and looked over both the interior and exterior of the vehicle to both establish a baseline condition and for me to elaborate on any special requests I had made. Then I was given both time and cost estimates and that was that. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take the better part of the day, so I had arranged a ride so I didn’t have to wait there. (There are tables and chairs available, but I would recommend having a way to wait elsewhere.) My car was done earlier than expected, but I was told I could come when convenient that day. When my I saw it, I was floored - it looked brand new! Brandon, the technician who had worked on it was a perfectionist. Every surface gleamed inside and out; there was nary a crumb of food, clump of dirt nor even a speck of dust to be seen! Even the tiny holes for the perforated, ventilated seats had been individually cleaned out! I couldn’t stop smiling and vowed 1) I will never again eat in my car, and 2) I will be having Splash detail my vehicles on a much more regular basis!

They did an incredible job on a full interior detail, very reasonably priced, Caleb and Clay took great care of the car. The staff were really professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

We dropped off our Kia Carnival to Clay & Brandon who said when we picked it up it would be “showroom ready” and they did not disappoint!! Wow!! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for your next detailing job!! Thank you both!!
