I’ve trusted Sutters Marina with my boat for the past 8 years, and they’ve been nothing short of accommodating. They’re always honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Ryan, Alex, Tom and the whole Sutter's team! Just absolutely phenomenal boating and marina experience. I've been a part of the family since 2019, and they've taken me and my family in and have taken great care of us all throughout~ I tell everybody- just rock with Sutter's Marina.

This is a poorly run organization. I had them launch and pull my boat out in the 2025 season. They caused damage which clearly was done by them when they pulled the boat out due to the scraping and the lack of algae around the incident. They also broke the guide on the trailer. I have an older boat so it’s on no way brand new but the level of damage could not be done without knowledge. I called the number and as always no one answers ever. I called the canadaigua branch and they said they have nothing and want nothing to do with the irondequoit location. They only share one common owner named Al. Stay away there is a reason why they can’t answer the phone and it’s because they don’t care.

We get our gas here all the time. The dock hands are always friendly, the porta-potty is usually pretty clean, and the drinks are always cold!

Great folks and they have a wonderful staff. Best place to dock the boat on the bay. I highly recommend Sutters Irondequoit Bay.
