I gave this company two stars not for their work related to my vehicle but because of the owners unprofessional mannerism in just giving me an estimate. I contacted this business to have an estimate for a buff job to my SUV. I've called several detailing shops in the Rapid City area for an estimate, most just gave me verbal over the phone. When I called T&T a nice woman told me that it would be better to come in and that the owner Danny would be the one to give it to me. So the next day I went by the shop an employee walked me to the office. Upon walking into the office the nice lady greeted me and who I presumed was Danny never acknowledge me. The nice lady went outside with me to my vehicle and gave me her verbal knowledge of markings on my car but again stated that Danny would need to come outside and take a look at it. I waited only a few minutes until Danny came out. I noticed again that his demeanor wasn't the friendliest so I felt compelled just to give him a little smile and warmth. As he walked towards me I said "Danny I heard that you are the man!". Without barely looking at me his very 1st words to me was "I'm not cheap". I asked him what he said to see if he would at least change his demeanor but nope. He repeated "I'm not cheap". He looked at my suv told me it was sap and that he wasn't sure of the other markings and that the job would be $800 but the real kicker without even talking about scheduling Danny said that he would need my car for buffing 2.5 days and then started to recommend other detail companies when i metioned the timeframe. I can except pricing and even time with the right presentation and explanation. So if you want "I'm not cheap" than go see Danny at T&T.

I am very happy with the interior detail. My car is four years old and I've never had any detailing done. I only vaccuum regularly. But a series of road trips left my carpet and seats with stains and matted dirt that regular vacuuming couldn't take out. My car is so clean it looks, feels and smells brand new! I will definitely recommend this shop. They were professional and adaptable to my long work hours as I picked my car up a bit after 5pm.
