Been working with the Textron Aviation Tampa team for a while now and they consistently deliver. As someone in the aviation parts and brokerage world, I deal with a lot of vendors — and the level of professionalism and product knowledge here stands out. Their team knows their aircraft inside and out, whether you're talking TBMs, Citations, or King Airs. Turnaround on quotes is solid, communication is clear, and they actually follow through. Hard to find that combination these days. If you're in the industry or looking to buy/service a business aviation asset in the Tampa Bay area, this is the team to call. Highly recommend.

I originally left a poor review due to my experience at this facility. I am used to a much more intimate customer experience where a customer rep / manager supports our needs and is available to us. I have adjusted the rating to 3 stars because after expressing concerns, a manager named Juan reached out and was very supportive, including providing updates throughout the night (he had to be onsite at 5:30am the next morning). Textron is much more corporate with many procedures and processes (red tape) which ultimately result in added downtime and you need to have tapered expectations when using this facility.
