Real 2x customer review here. My daughter reached out to Zane to shampoo her front cloth seats in her Camry, fantastic job. Zane showed up on time, communicated perfectly, arrived with everything he needed including water for the machine. He took his time to look at the seats with us and ran through what he was confident would come out and what might be a challenge based on what caused the stain and how long it had been embedded in the fabric, then he got to work. He absolutely nailed it. Couldn't have been happier. Professional, honest, transparent and focused on doing it right....no question. So, for a mother's day gift, I had Zane come back out and fully detail the inside and outside of my wife's 2018 Subaru BRZ that almost never gets washed or cleaned. Same thing. On time, took me through the car before getting started and then got right to it. I was shocked that the car looked as good as the day we bought it new. Same level of service. He knows what he's doing, takes absolute pride in his work, spends time going over the car before and after, and I gladly paid him the total and feeling like I owed him more for how good it looked and I had zero concerns that he would meet the goal. Imagine texting a contractor and then being at-ease knowing you'd be taken care of and your expectations would be exceeded.....that's his level of skill and professionalism. If you need your car detailed, polished, waxed, etc....looking its very best...Zane is the man for the job. He's the only call I'll make when it's time for another detail job on any of our cars.

My car had a lot of bird poop and tree sap all over it that was very hard for me to remove myself. I contacted Zain with The Detailing Krew and he was able to make my car like new again! He knew exactly how to fix the problem and his execution was flawless. He also was able to come to my office in Tampa which is very hard to maneuver around but he made it work so I didn’t have to take time off. I would highly recommend their services.
