The Detail Pro LLC did an amazing job on my car! From the very beginning to the end they were extremely professional, punctual, and efficient. The interior, exterior, and engine bay literally look brand new. I have never in my 38 years on this earth been more impressed by a company’s results. The Name The Detail Pros doesn’t lie. I know 1000% that I will only trust my ride to them and only them, they have gained a life long customer with me, and I cannot give them enough props. If you love your car or truck, and regularly call it your baby, I highly suggest letting the skilled professionals at The Detail Pro take care of it for you. They are very committed, accommodating, and worked with me and my schedule to help me get the services I wanted, they have many affordable packages and applications to choose from, which they were more then happy to go through and explain to me. Every time I look at my car, and get inside, I always think to my self “man am I glad that I let them work their magic” 10,000% would recommend 10,000% love the results I will definitely be using them for all of my detailing needs from now on. Thank you guys so much!!!

Super great guy. Easy to work with, got me in quick, made special arrangements for me to drop off and pick up my car after hours since I work during the day, and did a good job detailing and getting rid of smoke smell from the previous owner. Would definitely recommend them as a great value if you need a detail and you're in the Pontiac or Waterford area.

I recently had my new black car ceramic coated by The Detail Pro and could not be happier with the results. Black paint shows everything, and they made the finish look absolutely flawless — deep, glossy, and mirror-like. The attention to detail, professionalism, and care for the vehicle really stood out from start to finish. The car honestly looks better than it did the day we picked it up. James took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re considering ceramic coating or paint protection, I highly recommend The Detail Pro. Exceptional work and outstanding customer service.

I am extremely pleased with James and his business “The Detail Pro”. He did an amazing job on my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. James took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions, and I was completely comfortable leaving my new “baby” with him. He did an awesome job prepping and cleaning, wheeling out swirl marks, and even got a small scratch out of the door handle that was bothering me. When I returned later in the day to pick my truck up I was smiling from ear to ear. It looked better than new! The shine was amazing, and it wasn’t greasy and covered in silicone like I’ve seen lesser shops do. He explained what needed to be done to care for it after the fact (no soap for a week, etc) and to ensure the ceramic lasts as long as possible. On top of being pleased with the results, James is pleasant to talk to, happy to answer questions, and his pricing is more than fair. I will absolutely be back with more vehicles in the future and he will be the first person I recommend for anyone needing detail work done. James - THANK YOU!
