Took my Ranger in for a no spark issue. I explained what all had been done prior to finding out the mercury had no spark. Ran just fine before tilt/trim pump went out and all carpet was also done at time of fixing pump. They charged $110 to charge my cranking battery for .5 hours after talking to them about having an on board charging system and since it was going to be 10 days plus before they got to it that it would be fine. After 2.5 weeks of waiting they state that it was the trigger that all other tests including kill switch, stator, boxes, compression, leak down, fuel etc were good but the right was not. I told them to put it back the way it was and that I would replace the trigger and do it myself. After replacing the trigger still no spark. So I researched ho to test trigger stator etc and com to find out it was the stator the whole time not the trigger and in fact the trigger tested just fine. Called and tried to speak to the owner or manager and got a parts manager that was relaying to someone else the whole time. Said they would call back and it’s been over a week now no call. For a well known shop to charge $150 an hour and do this kind of work is not good not to mention my motor was left in pieces not out back the way it was like they said it would be and my boat cover had a 5ft rip down the middle. Would not recommend!

They were very helpful not only. Did they get the parts for me. They got all the right parts for me which made it so much easier when installing they took the time to look everything up and make sure that it was right very fast shipping and pricing was fair.

We had our Mariah in the shop for 12.5K worth of motor repairs. We were told multiple times it would be ready to pick up, my husband or father in law would drive over an hour from where we live to get it, and it would need more time. One employee even said “I don’t know who told you it’d be ready but they over promised”. We finally got it picked up Thursday evening on the 4th attempt, drove It an hour home to realize the bench seat in the back wasn’t attached, the screws were rolling around the boat, and the motor heat shields were thrown in the back of the boat on the floor and luckily didn’t fly out. The worst part, we launched it with our 3 young kids and it wouldn’t shift. It floated away from the dock, and was almost into the rock bank before we flagged another boat down to pull us out. My husband had to reload the boat, drive into town and put a nut and pin on the shifter cable because there wasn’t one!!! We are so unhappy. We are lucky the boat wasn’t totaled on the rocks, hit another boat, or someone was injured. Luckily my husband knows what to look for as a mechanic, and could even get us back on the trailer and it fixed. We called and told Mike, he said he’d give us a free winterizing or discounted parts. We won’t be back to use any of that obviously. It’s laziness to not put a nut on and almost cost us our boat.

This place has done lots of work on my Volvo penta dual prop. They always bust their ass to get me boat back on the water ASAP which is so appreciated. Also very helpful when I come in to order parts they usually have them in stock. Staff is great and personable. They do laugh at how I beached my boat lol

These guys did a Pro job rebuilding my 50hp Merc during covid, when I needed a new motor, but none were available. I would recommend them 1000 times over. No BS, straight up, handshake job. Will work with you. Boat still runs like a champ! 👏👏✨️🔥🏆
