Would highly not recommend. While working on a local apartment complex the company believes its safe to leave a lit propane torch right next to the tank as well as less than a cars length from a vehicle. When contacting the company, John Thies, contacted me and stated it was perfectly safe and he does this everyday. Would highly recommend not using this company due to there lack of care for basic safety.

John and his team are a reliable source to get our projects done with excellence. We use Worry Free often throughout each year.

Do not use this service! Such disrespect. They came to my home after my Son was in a bad accident and passed away. They threw his personnel belongings including prescription glasses without asking us. When I called to ask where they put his glasses, they had no clue. Disgusted!

Had bad experiences with this company when they were responsible for the grounds of an apartment complex I lived at. Owners were not helpful at all.

We had water issues in our RV on the Friday before Labor Day. We made several calls to carpet cleaners and carpet restoration businesses- some of which were too busy to help us and some which did not return our call. These people answered their phone, listened to our dilemma and concerns, and worked us in right away. Stokes, our technician, was friendly and professional. Their charges were reasonable. So thankful to have found them- they really helped us out and did a good job!
