  This is one of the worst car wash experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about your vehicle. The quality of the work was extremely poor, and it felt like there was no quality control at all. The staff seemed rushed and careless, leaving the truck with areas that were still dirty and handling the vehicle without the attention it deserved. Instead of treating customers' vehicles with care, they seemed more interested in getting the next car through the line. Whether you pay for a basic wash or one of their more expensive packages, the result is the same—you don't get the level of service you're paying for. A higher price doesn't mean better quality here.

  I’ve been coming to Yates Car Wash for about 5 years, and unfortunately, it has declined. Prices have gone up about $15, but the service is still just average. The biggest issue is the lack of organization. They don’t seem to have enough staff for the volume of customers, and there’s no clear system for which cars get serviced after the wash. Cars are left sitting with no direction, which creates confusion and long waits. Today I arrived at 8:59 AM, and by 9:57 AM my car was just starting to be detailed inside. I had to go find someone to address it. While waiting, I watched at least 6 cars that arrived after me get serviced before mine. One or two is understandable, but six is unacceptable. There also seems to be inconsistent prioritization of certain vehicles, which adds to the frustration. Overall, the process lacks structure and fairness. This place used to be much better, but it’s clear things have slipped. Management needs to implement a better system, whether that’s numbering cars, organizing a proper line, or improving staffing. If you come here, be prepared to wait. It’s consistently busy, crowded, and unorganized. As a military veteran, I value efficiency and structure, so this experience was frustrating. I recommend coming at your own discretion.
