Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Accutint Bellevue. Their team is highly experienced in all types of vehicle detailing. I got a 40% ceramic front windshield tint on my Tesla Model 3. It looked beyond fire!! Although they are pricier when compared to other shops, their customer service puts them over the top in terms of excellence. They were able to fit me into their schedule within a day of the initial request for service. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a brand‑new Lexus IS 350 and wanted to protect it properly from day one. Lexus offered their own add‑ons, but after doing my research I decided to handle everything myself, which led me to Accutint Bellevue. From my very first online inquiry, Nariya delivered one of the most thoughtful and customer‑centric experiences I’ve had. She provided a clear breakdown of tint, PPF, ceramic coating, and windshield protection options, answered every question, and even hopped on quick calls to make sure I felt confident in my choices. Her communication made it clear my new car would be in good hands. Because I was having multiple services done, I knew the car would need to stay for several days. I asked if I could drop it off before leaving town and pick it up when I returned, and the team accommodated my schedule without hesitation, something I truly appreciated. My IS 350 looks incredible and is now protected the way I intended from day one. An all at a more than reasonable price not to mention saving 15% with a passport card. Have an 80s Porsche 951 with a huge back hatch that required a bespoke tint job. I called every high end shop in the Seattle metro. Nobody would even look at it. Everyone turned me down. Except Ben at Accutint. Ben took 5 hours of time just to do the back hatch alone. The result is insane. Want a high end tint job on something important? Ben’s the guy ✊

I have had a few things done at Accutint. I had my Model X tinted and had PPF applied to my 911. The tint is holding up amazing and Carl was great in explaining the different levels of tint that I could consider. The team was great in accommodating the PPF application and even suggested a package that would cover my mirrors, door pockets, headlights, turn signals, and door edges in addition to what I initially requested (i.e., hood, fenders, front bumper). Best part was the suggested package was less expensive than what was previously requested. The work completed is super clean and although the front bumper was aftermarket and required a bulk custom cut vinyl, the lines are very straight and cover all the important parts. Carl was also super helpful with replacing my vinyl-covered lower lip with satin black PPF since it was so low on the car and had already had chips in the week-old vinyl. Communication with the shop was great and Nariya does a great job with addressing issues. I would absolutely use Accutint Bellevue again for home window tinting.

From the first e-mail to the final pickup, communication was exemplary. Nariya was amazing. When I dropped off the vehicle, the team that was there also were caring, friendly, and attentive by asking what my end goal was - it conveyed great pride in what they do. As I walked around the vehicle and inspected it, quality and installation was flawless. They all deserve recognition for the quality of work. My only suggestion for future work - I noticed the pillars didn’t have any PPF. A clear matte would have been nice to prevent hand prints. It’s a minor point and not a reflection of the quality of work done - more of a thought for consideration. As I have had PPF on two other Teslas at different times when I where I was stationed. Thank you again and I’ll be returning for future work if my family gets another vehicle.
