Bitter End = the absolute best around. Very grateful to Jesse, Derek, Brian, Ivan - they are ultra knowledgeable, trustworthy and fantastic at what they do. Their reputation extends far south down the Oregon coast (probably beyond) and all the way north to Alaska. My own local experience validates why this is the case.... we are lucky to have them in Bellingham - some people bring their boats from hundreds of miles away to be serviced by Bitter End. I could not be happier with the work they performed on my boat, the Volvo D4s run and sound like brand new. But also the confidence knowing that whatever comes up down the road they have seen it and dealt with it a hundred times, that is worth a lot. Peace of mind on the water!!

Jesse and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they're just a bunch of nice guys. They have gone above and beyond to help get me out on the water so many times. They've given me rides to my car, finished work on my boat after hours on a Friday night, picked up and delivered my boat to my slip, they even squeezed in a compression test on a boat I was trying to sell on the same day I called, even though they were swamped with other work just prior to opening day of boating season. In short, these guys are awesome and will take good care of you.
