My husband is an avid fisherman and has wanted to purchase an ocean boat for the last couple of years. We visited several dealerships and spoke to countless salespeople as this was going to be his last fishing boat and he wanted to make sure he didn't have any regrets. In April, we visited Clemen's Marina in Eugene and met Dale Bohna. Dale was incredibly helpful in answering questions and making time for us with all the visits, emails, phone calls, etc. He was always available and eager to assist us in any way possible. He never made us feel like a "bother" and when we called to ask yet another question, he always answered, even AFTER we bought the boat and brought it home. We are definitely high maintenance clients and he passed the patience test when it comes to dealing with us. Saying that we are happy with the boat and the service we received from Clemen's Marina and Dale Bohna would be an understatement. If you are looking to bring home a beautiful, well-built new boat and receive first class customer service, go visit Dale at Clemen's Marina!

I recently needed a particular part for my Yamaha motor. Todd was really helpful. He took the motor serial number, and made sure he had identified the correct part (if you know outboards, it's easy to get the WRONG part). He called me back in 20 minutes, and had the part shipped to me. Great customer service that I truly appreciate.

Clemens Eugene was great to work with over the entire process of buying a new boat. Overall the boat (2026 North River Seahawk Hardtop - 24ft) is wonderful. It has the quality one would expect from a top-tier manufacturer like North River. What I want to emphasize in my review is the experience you get when you go to Clemens. Overall, it was great, starting with the sales consultation. I worked with Ryan throughout, and his knowledge of all the options and gear is unmatched. I felt that I got everything I needed, while avoiding things I didn't. He's also super chill, which made the experience that much better (no high-pressure sales conversations). I felt my needs as a customer came first. Additionally, I'm pleased with the rigging quality. Clemens installed both motors (Primary and kicker) as well as all the electronics and deck accessories. Everything works flawlessly, and let me tell you, this boat looks amazing. The helm is ergonomic and clutter-free. No scratches or oversized bore holes. Their workmanship is flawless. Final delivery of the boat was an experience as well! I met Ryan at Dexter Reservoir, where he walked though literally everything, from loading / unloading to operating the electronics and accessories. Overall, the buying experience was wonderful. I worked primarily with Ryan but everyone I talked with was friendly. These guys have a genuine interest in boats and fishing. Can't say enough good things.

I got a great deal on a 2022 Hewescraft 210 SeaRunner! Ryan was amazing with helping me outfit the boat and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I'd highly recommend Clemens and Ryan if you're in the market for a boat or accessories.
