Where to start? TLDR; These guys don’t play around. Top notch products, friendly and knowledgeable staff and kept the promised timeline for my trip. If you want to pay for quality work/ solid customer service you need to bring your car here. Period. When I first received a call from the owner Blake , he walked me through each step meticulously and provided insight and laid out all options. First huge impression was he knew on the fly exactly the factory paint code of my SQ5. He was able to schedule me 2 weeks out and I never felt like I was constantly being upsold. When I arrived for my appointment he gave me a tour introduced me to his team and reviewed the process again and how to care for the ceramic coating. He surveyed the car with me and found multiple scratches/dents I even missed. He quoted dent repair and the same quote we discussed on the phone and I gave him my keys. Over the next two days he sent progress photos and updates. When I picked up my car it was staged in the direct sunlight behind their shop and looked amazing! Completely renewed for my new bought 18’ CPO Audi off a 2 year lease. We rewalked the car, he reviewed care, how to wash the car and even said to look at it over the next week , then let him know if I saw anything and he would be happy to correct it. When I left for my trip I noticed my roof rack key and a floor mat was missing. I let Blake know and he immediately offered to drive it to my house! Then he said if I come by the shop he would have his team give the car a rinse to remove the dirt from my trip. Best consumer experience I’ve had in recent memory. These guys should be listed on ATLs best awards! Thanks to Blake and Carlos and Team. I will only be using you in the future!

The absolute best reconditioning I’ve ever had by far. My Range Rover Sport’s black trim was VERY faded & covered in swirl marks…plus my overall paint finish was dull and lifeless. I was skeptical that my car would ever look this good again as I’ve had some other detailers who have left me less than satisfied…boy was I surprised! Blake and his team are amazing…they pay close attention to detail and you will not be disappointed. I used to like my car, now I love it again thanks to Blake & Eric!!!!
