When they came in the past it was good work but now... Next to impossible to get them to schedule a mobile service. I had multiple scheduled and recent one CANCELLED LAST MINUTE with ZERO followup. This was for 2/28 and to date I have texted multiple times (no response) then called (declined call). As of 3/12 still ZERO communication. I guess I am on a do-not service list...

Well let’s just say I think they tried to take advantage of me. I was booked for a Silver package detail for $159. According to their website this package included an exterior car wash, interior vacuum, shampoo, spray wax that supposed to last 2-3 weeks, tire dressing, light stain removal and a few more things. I dropped my car off a 10am and they texted me at 2pm to let me know my car was ready. As I’m walking up to my all black Chevy Camaro I could see that it wasn’t shining like it does if I had got a detail else where. The closer I got to my car the worst it was. Water spots everywhere, my rims and tires looked terrible like they didn’t bother to touch them. The only part that was some what ok was the interior. I expressed my frustration and they was still expecting me to pay $159 for a car wash because that definitely wasn’t a detail. I don’t know if they took advantage of me because I’m a female. Their excuse was they’re short staff if that’s the case then you should have not took me in as a customer. I told Alex that I was not going to pay more than $30. I could’ve went to any side gas station car wash and got a way better than this so called Detail they did. Not impressed by this place at all. I am in the car business and I will never spread the word about this place. Car wash was done on a Friday and the picture I put up was the following day Saturday. As you can see water spots on my car. If the car was waxed you would’ve never seen water spots.Think twice about this place Especially if you’re a woman.
