Next Level Detailing exceeded every expectation. My son is deployed and stationed in Japan, and I'm watching his truck while he's away, so I wanted it in top shape for him. I took it in for a full interior and exterior detail and could not be happier with the result. While i was there, I learned from one of the team members that they also repair and reupholster torn seats with new filling and leather, so I had that done too. The team did incredible work. What really set them apart, though, was their honesty. Later that week SJ called to let me know one of the employees had accidentally gotten something on the running boards that couldn't be reversed, and without me even asking, they replaced them with brand new ones at no cost. That kind of integrity is rare, and it says everything about how this business is run. When I picked up the truck it was immaculate inside and out, brand new running boards and all. It genuinely looked like a different vehicle. I sent my son a video of it and he was blown away and very thankful. SJ and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and clearly great at what they do. Anyone who wants their vehicle treated with real care and dealt with by people you can trust, this is the place. Thank you SJ and team for the outstanding work. T. Lopes

Sincere was amazing to deal with, he helped me get my LX470 ready for sale with a deep clean and headlight restoration. The work done was excellent, attention to detail and care taken to make my truck look like new was impressive. Carpets, seats, headliners and paint all came out great and highly recommend Sincere for all of your detailing needs. He was also great communicating the status and timing for my vehicle so had an overall amazing experience, highly recommend.

I’ve owned many cars and have dealt with many detail shops over the years. This place is by far the best shop I’ve ever worked with!! Their attention to detail and skill is second to none. Most shops don’t really know how to handle classic cars and these guys were perfect. NO ONE else will ever be touching my cars again. They have a client for life. If you really care about your ride’s appearance and the care it’s given this is your shop! Already planning on getting another one over to them!

I recently had my new Cadillac Escalade-V taken to Next Level Detailing for PPF and ceramic coating, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of work was outstanding from start to finish. SJ and Rodd were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The attention to detail really stood out to me, especially the extra care they took with the interior dash screens, which came out looking incredible. The vehicle honestly looks better than I expected, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about quality and customer service, I highly recommend Next Level Detailing. I’ll definitely be returning for my routine maintenance washes and future detailing needs. 5 stars all the way.

If you’re looking to get your car, truck or motorcycle professionally refreshed or protected; I recommend the team at Next Level Detailing, Ceramic coatings and Restoration. A friend of mine referred me to the team and I’m honestly blown away by the end result. I had my 2022 Harley-Davidson, Road Glide Limited detailed, paint corrected and a 5 year ceramic coating (with warranty) done. SJ and the team here kept me in the loop with pictures, videos and constant communication. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Next Level! I’ll definitely use them again and will recommend anyone I know to do so as well.
