We purchased a 2025 Barletta tri-tune from Lewis Boats and was very happy with the entire process from sales through delivery. Todd in sales was very easy to work with, as was everyone in that loop. Then in dealing with service, when it came to adding optional equipment and then final delivery to my lake, I couldn’t have been happier. Every time I called, regardless of who picked up or what department they were in, I received a friendly response with no sign of exasperation or indication that I was asking too many questions. I always received a friendly and informed response from Randy, Steve or Lou, who each helped me numerous times on the phone. Then when it was time for delivery, Randy and Lou brought the boat out to us. Before launching, they thoroughly explained every detail without trying to hurry through the process. It made my wife and me feel very comfortable when we took off for the first time on our own. We certainly appreciated it. We’ve owned many boats throughout the years, but this was our first pontoon style boat, and so much of it was unfamiliar to us. Our experience with Lewis made everything much more enjoyable and less intimidating.

Be careful letting them work on your boat. They were great with time in/out and trouble shooting the fuse link problem. I got it back Memorial Day Weekend, dropped the boat in and the battery was dead. It tested 12.6v when they tested it at the shop. But 10.5v when putting it on the lake. If there wasn’t anything drawing the battery how could it die on its own only in 4 days. (The battery is less than a yr old.) After not starting, I pulled the boat and charged all night and tried dropping the boat in again and completely dead. I was charged a premium price of $980 to insure I’d be ready for the weekend. Which I’m fine with but it wasn’t ready. We had to make other plans for the weekend and I was out the cost of a new battery. They asked me to bring it back. So another trip. Bench tested it and told me what I already knew. They said dead battery cell. I even had them change the oil after all this. I figured they would offer to take some responsibility or to offer a discount for me being out another $200 for a new battery. I’m not asking for much but anything to show they were sorry for wasting my time and buying a new battery. The only thing that makes sense is that Randy left the accessory lights on. That’s what the owner Steve agreed on until there was talk of a discount. So just be ware that they do great work at a premium price but if something goes wrong they’re not likely to own up to it. Place is highly experienced and at a price. Just wish they would own up to mistakes. I’m a business owner. I get it things go wrong but in my experience, it’s all about the recovery.

Above and beyond is all I can! I dropped my boat off for what I thought was going to be a simple repair, but quickly became an expensive nightmare! Steve communicated every step of the way and made it as easy as possible. Thank you, Steve and your team for getting me back on the water!

My interaction with Brian and Steve was nothing less than very professional. Steve was quick to call me with any updates and made sure to get approval for the repairs I needed. When I picked the boat up the mechanic made sure to speak with me to make sure I completely understood everything that was done and why. Painless, pleasant experience.

Just picked up my 24 Phoenix for some warranty work- Steve was awesome, he kept me informed of progress and when I picked up I called ahead and Lou had the boat moved up front for me. Jay then offered to blow all the snow off my cover before I removed it! All around top notch service!
