  The BEST experience!! No sales pressure🙌🏻 Very knowledgeable staff!! Terry, Janet, Jerry, Desiree - so VERY helpful in every aspect of their role. Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a boat from this location. So much education before hooking the boat up. We felt very confident leaving the facility with our boat. They’re available for you with any questions 24/7. Overall experience if I have to choose stars, is 10 out of 1 to 5. We will be returning for any additional needs, or to trade up at a later date.

  What a fantastic experience buying a pontoon boat from Saint Charles Boat and Motor! From the moment we met Zeke at the St. Louis boat show in February, the entire process was outstanding. Zeke was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything in detail and suggested some wonderful extras that truly enhanced our boat. From there, Janet made the paperwork seamless and stress-free, whether you’re financing or buying outright. It was one of the easiest, most streamlined processes I’ve ever experienced—far better than the typical hassle of purchasing a new car or boat. When delivery day arrived, Chris was excellent. He delivered the boat with outstanding customer service, made sure we fully understood every feature, and helped us get it comfortably into the water and secured. His thorough, friendly approach turned the whole experience into a smooth and positive one. This team goes way beyond just selling a boat—they deliver a complete, full-service customer experience from start to finish. I would happily go out of my way to buy my next boat or any service from them. Highly recommended!
