Oak City Auto Detailing | Mobile Car Detailing Raleigh | Ceramic Coating Raleigh

I'm not quite sure what those other reviews are about, because Walter in the office and Diego the person who actually serviced my car were both wonderful to talk to, very clear and thorough in their communication, and even when some trouble arose they were very kind and quickly remedied the situation. (I booked a 12:30 but the appointment before me ran long and luckily I wasn't busy so they showed up early to their estimated eta.) I chose the interior only package. It was just under $300 and I only get my car detailed like once a decade, lol, so it felt to me like more than I had paid a long time ago, but fair for a 3 hour cleaning. My car is old, so there's lots of scratches and discolorations that are not going to get cleaned/fixed in a normal detailing process. That said, I don't see anything wrong. Diego did a wonderful job and everything looks new. He followed my instructions about removing my belongings from the car and replacing them. I think the level of service alone is worth the cost of the package. And the fact that they come to you is an extra bonus. I finally feel like I can actually invite people to ride in my car again 😂 it's nice to be finally free of moving junk! Thanks so much!

I had a fantastic experience with Oak City Auto Detailing! They did an outstanding job detailing my car—it looks and feels brand new both inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Diego, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make my car shine inside and outside. Highly recommend Oak City Auto Detailing to anyone looking for top-quality detailing!

I had my vehicle professionally detailed at Oak City Auto Detailing and was very disappointed with the quality of the service, especially given the higher price. The interior detailing was subpar. There were still visible spots on my cloth seats, and the inside panels near the headrests and seat belts were not properly cleaned. I was able to remove some of these areas myself using basic Dawn dish soap, which should not be necessary after paying for a professional auto detailing service. I contacted Oak City Auto Detailing to give them an opportunity to address the issue. The only resolution offered was a small discount, and the representative confirmed that was the best they could do. This response did not reflect the cost or expectations of a premium detailing service. Overall, the results were comparable to a standard car wash like Autobell, but at a significantly higher price. Based on my experience, this auto detailing service did not provide good value for the cost, and I would not recommend it to others looking for high-quality car detailing. I gave two stars because the service guy was really, really nice. Response to Oak City about this being a fake review: I'm surprised this is your immediate response to a factual review. My review is not fake. As a business owner, you should be able to take all reviews and improve your business. I'm taking my experience with your business as a learning opportunity for myself.
