I found the trailer I was looking for online, Cody quickly sent me a detailed video walking thru the unit and detailing all the areas I inquired about. We worked out the numbers and came to terms within 24 hours, put a deposit down and secured financing the 2nd day. I drove all the way from Dallas,TX to Billings, MT and the unit was everything that was promised and more. Randy was thorough and got me thru finance quickly, provided me a rate that was a little better than my local bank and explained the service plans without being pushy trying to convince me to buy. I the end, he agreed the numbers probably didn’t make sense and I was better paying out of pocket should something happen. I’m sorry I don’t recall the man’s name who did my walk thru, he was thorough, showed me all the features and explained how everything worked. He answered questions on how I can do upgrades in the future and made 110% sure I was set. Parts Team was great helping me upgrade to Lithium batteries, provided all the parts needed and got me on my way. Pierce RV and Marine has 5 parking spots with power, I hooked up and stayed the first night to confirm everything was perfect and it was. This really has been a 6 star expierence and should I go to upgrade later, Pierce RV and Marine will be the first place a look. Thanks Team, off to enjoy Glacier and Yellowstone Parks before driving back to Texas. John

My first time purchasing an RV couldn’t have gone better, and I can’t say enough good things about the team at Pierce RV. From the very beginning, Heather provided excellent communication and kept me informed throughout the process. Randy made the paperwork portion easy and enjoyable with his personable approach, and Parker was incredibly patient during the camper walkthrough. The entire process was streamlined from start to finish. It was clear that the staff works exceptionally well together and truly takes a TEAM approach. Everyone complemented each other’s work, creating a seamless and stress-free buying experience. They were also very accommodating with my schedule, allowing me to complete the purchase and then return at a later date to pick up the camper. That flexibility was greatly appreciated. Pierce RV appears to be a large operation, but once you walk through the doors it feels more like a family-owned mom-and-pop business. The personal attention, friendliness, and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s also clear that selling RVs during the summer months leaves little opportunity for time off. I hope each of you gets a chance to sneak away for some well-deserved summer fun during the busy season. If you’re looking for an RV dealership that combines professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Pierce RV. Purchased my first ever RV here. Tracy was fantastic to work with in not only getting us an amazing deal, but walk us through all the questions we had of being a first time RV owner. The RV boot camp was really informative and great for going over and understanding everything on our new rig. Every staff was really friendly and helpful. Didn’t even bother checking out another RV shop. Made the purchase and couldn’t be happier.

Heather did a great job of helping us with our buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. Thank you Heather. Scott took his time when going through the camper showing us and explaining how everything works. Again, we had a great experience at Pierce and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a RV.

I would never go back here again. First, they did an inspection before I picked it up to travel across country and I was told everything was good. When I went to pick it up my engine battery was dead but was told they had no issues when brining it out of storage. It died again in the parking lot before I could even leave and had to be replaced. After I got to my destination I found out there was a leak in my roof which I would assume should have been found on the inspection. I punctured a hole in the front above the cab when I got home and took it in and told them I don't care how it looks just make sure its covered and fixed. 1200$ later they made zero attempt to cover anything on the inside and the outside looks like it won't even last through the winter. I can push the material they used in with my hand it feels like vinyl and if I pushed hard enough it would not hold up at all. They did fix a metal support that got cracked but pretty sure that didn't cost 1200$. Aside from the metal support I could have done the rest myself. I get I said I don't care how it looks just make sure its covered and fixed, but they are professionals, and I trusted it would look descent, but they did not even attempt to cover anything on the inside at all, and the outside doesn't look decent at all. I already planned to store it elsewhere, but I will never go back to their service department again. I am going to have to pay out more money to get it fixed right because it will not last through the winter due to the poor job they did.
