We had experienced unexpected hail/storm damage while motor home was in outdoor storage. Damage not discovered until RV was being readied for use for the season. This was the week leading to the 4th of July and Tim Tracy was really busy! He and his team were able to do a temporary fix so we could use it to go camping for the next two weeks. I am now processing insurance claims to prepare for a permanent repair of motor home roof. Tim has always been good to me as an older woman who still likes to go camping. He suggests repairs I may not be aware are needed or at least point out that it may be needed soon. His prices are fair and the work is impeccable. I really appreciate him and his team and thankful his shop is easily accessible from my home.

I just want to give a shout-out to these guys for their hard work and excellent customer service. They had a lot of knowledge about boat trailers, and their work was amazing, and the quality was excellent. They are super fast at getting the job done.

After a brutal wind and hail storm left our RV in rough shape, we were in urgent need of repairs—especially with another trip right around the corner. Thankfully, we found T&T Custom RV Repair, and Tim came through like a champ! He got us in immediately, assessed the damage, and expertly repaired our awning and other areas that had taken a hit. The quality of work was outstanding—our RV looked and functioned like new again. Tim not only delivered fantastic craftsmanship but also made navigating the insurance process a breeze, ensuring everything was covered without hassle. On top of all that, his customer service was top-tier. Kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting us back on the road safely and quickly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and professional. Thanks again, Tim—you saved our trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful! — Mike

We've trusted Tim at T&T Custom RV with multiple repairs over the years, and every time, the service has been top-notch. He’s truly the best in town when it comes to motorhome repairs. There’s no one else we’d trust with our RV, and this certainly won’t be the last time we bring our rig to him. On our latest visit, Tim handled a full winterization, repaired multiple leaks caused by frozen pipes, installed new faucets and a toilet, inspected and fixed the roof, resealed critical fixtures, and even took care of our water tank. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work are unmatched. T&T Custom RV has always taken great care of us, and we’ll continue to rely on their skilled service for years to come. Thank you, Tim, for your outstanding work! Highly recommend!

Tim did a great job repairing our water heater on our camper. He was great to work with and I can't believe how quick he was. RV repair shops are hard to find. I definitely recommend Tim and his crew!
