Worked with Stacey for a new purchase and a consignment item. Her main focus is customer satisfaction. Easy to contact. Timely responses. Extremely flexible. Friendly atmosphere. Same can be said for the mechanic on site (Jason). Poni prices very competitive also. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with PoNi Marine! We were referred to Stacey, the new owner at PoNi, by a competitor who holds her in high regard. She did not disappoint as we were provided with all the help in making this purchase. Never pushy and offered great follow up at every stage of the sale, Stacy addressed every concern and respected our non negotiables. But this was just the beginning of elevated service. The onsite service dept completed all the maintenance items very quickly and all systems appear to work as new. Wesley guided us through the sea trial and gave us extensive training while Dalton and Stacy delivered our boat to our lift and gave additional training and support on maintenance and regulatory paperwork. We cannot say enough positive things about PoNi and we expect to retain them for our service needs during the boat’s lifetime!

I needed a quick once-over on my brand-new 2026 Carolina Skiff's NMEA network before I splashed the boat for the first time. All electronics were Lowrance, including the new Lowrance Recon trolling motor. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you very much. You have a new customer.

All around amazing experience. If 10 stars were an option I’d definitely give 10 stars. Extremely knowledgeable with everything marine related. Laid all my options out for me. And helped me to narrow it down. Safe to say I’m a customer for life. Hands down best experience I’ve had involving boat sales and repairs. And I’ve used them for both. 🤙👍

Poni Marine was recommended to me by another outboard motor mechanic. I'm really glad ,as my experience with Poni Marine was exceptional. The owner and the mechanic were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The staff kept me update as parts were ordered and when my boat would be ready. Well done Poni Marine !!!
