When I approached them with a battery issue, they not only fixed it promptly but also took the time to explain the process to me in detail. Additionally, their guidance on setting up my Lowrance Trolling Motor was invaluable, as they patiently walked me through each step, ensuring I left their shop feeling confident and well-informed. I am incredibly impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Richmond Marine is definitely my go-to for all my marine needs! 👍🏽

Its unfortunate to have to leave a bad review, and I gave the company ample time to rectify this situation. I called over 2 weeks ago and pointed out issues that occurred during my last 2 service visits. When I called they were very defensive and the conversation was not productive so I asked them to discuss and call me back. Needless to say I never got a call back to address the issues. A simple returned phone call could have likely cleared this situation up. EDITTED AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: The fact is, Jeremiah was rude and I responded to him in the same tone he spoke to me. The next fact is you didn't bother to pick up the phone and even try, I'm a reasonable person that also runs a business in customer service. The next fact is that as opposed to having a reasonable policy about checking on boats while in your possession, you hang a sign to clear yourself of liability. I'll agree with you that it was a mistake on BOTH OF OUR PARTS but having a sign vs a decent policy in place is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, no other way to describe it (The sign also just proves that this is an issue other clients have had in the past as well). The other issue you neglected to address entirely! Y'all charged me a $200 diagnostic fee for INCORRECT diagnostics. I can prove that because HB replaced the transducer and you guys just assumed I was stupid and couldn't operate the settings on my unit. HB also has no record of your shop ever calling them even though you said you did (and they request SN every call, I've done it plenty of times myself.) Appreciate you handling this so well and confirming my decision to take my business elsewhere!
