4/19/26 Google only allows "one review per customer," so I edit and show current date. While I understand, it only "protects" a company against multiple complaints hurting the rating. However, it prevents a great company from getting the better review rating for their service. Well, I feel a great review earned should be reported. I was my own landscaper for many years, both lawn and pressure washing because no one else would do it. I became disabled, moved to a condo, and while my HOA covers most everything, I still have other needs. I spoke below of a small, electric pressure washer I use for small jobs like the bathroom. I didn't know what to do when the hose broke. I discovered Sundial on Nebraska/Busch. It is family owned and a family that truly works as a team. Well, I encountered a new problem, called, and Lisa told me to bring the unit in and she would see if Rob would be able to help me. Folks, this is a commercial business and they, again, treated like this single old lady like a long-time customer. The issue is now resolved. I want to thank them AGAIN for their level of professionalism and treating this customer special! 2025 sometime - lol -I am a disabled senior, live alone, and I have to find easy ways to do household chores. I discovered the SunJoe "bucket" pressure washer which allowed me to fill the tub with hot tap water, pop in the battery, hook up the hose, and I was in business. I could spray cleaner in the bathroom, wash down with the washer, and towel down...under 15 min with little exertion by me. My condo windows took even less time. Hoses eventually pop, mine did, no replacement available, so I bought the new, bigger tub unit. Only problem was that I threw away the new hose instead of the old, cracked hose. I cannot afford a new unit just for a hose...no replacement hoses until Spring. No one wanted to try to repair the old hose. Then I found Sundial Limited, Inc at Busch and Nebraska. Very disappointed. Took my RV in for detailing. My RV had oxidation. Instead of calling me and to tell me it's pretty bad and they can't do it, they used chemicals that pretty much made it worse. They scrubbed the decals to the point of removing them. While I was only charged for the chemicals, I just wished they informed me they couldn't do it. They only made it worse. I got it inspected and was able to correct most of the damaged they caused.

Was recommended by a customer and found all that I was told to be true. Fixed my equipment quickly. Reasonably repair cost and Rob seemed to be a nice honest person to work with. I can certainly recommend them for any type of small engine repairs Dan Clark
