He did an amazing job detailing my car. You can tell he really takes pride in his work because he paid attention to every little detail and didn’t rush through anything. My car looks and feels brand new inside and out. Super professional, on time, and easy to work with. Definitely someone I’d recommend and will be using again.

I am a bit frustrated with my experience with this company. TJ detailed the inside of my car about a week and a half ago and my car has not functioned properly ever since. The battery was drained due to him not running the car as he was detailing it. It’s pretty standard to leave the car running to avoid this, at least in my experience. He did give me a jump before he left but my issue is how he handled my concerns in regard to the actual detail. There’s stains and dirt still left on the dashboard . When I brought this to his attention I was not demanding nor was I aggressive , I simply was giving him feedback. He responded with a long paragraph that I’m almost sure he used Chat GBT to write deflecting and avoiding accountability. He did admit to missing a few spots but to top it off , he completely wrote me off and said it’s best that we don’t do business again in the future, as if I was even considering that. I was not rude or disrespectful in my message addressing my concerns to him. That response was completely unwarranted. There was never an offer to make things right because he didn’t deem the situation as worthy. Service was subpar and his customer service is terrible. My recommendation moving forward is to pick up the phone and have a conversation if a client has grievances about your services. Don’t use AI to write off your mistake.

Owner was so helpful and was able to work around my schedule. He did an amazing job getting the smell and stains out of my truck! Highly recommend!
